SA8000 Complaints & Grievances
Complaints against SA8000 facilities are handled by the SA8000 assurance provider, Social Accountability Accreditation Services (a branch of SAI). If you would like to lodge a complaint, you may either submit the online form or download the complaints form to forward along with any supporting evidence to SAAS.
